With an enviable long career, Maj. Achappa (Retd) has a range of experience in various field under his belt. Starting his career in the Indian Army in 1963, he went on to work as Deputy Superintendent of Police and Deputy Commandant in Central Reserve Police till 1978. Post that, he worked as the Chief Security Officer of Motor Industry Co. Ltd. (Robert BOSCH GMBH now).
